Report a Bug
Found something broken? We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. You can use our built-in bug report tool directly within the app. Just visit the Bug Report page from within JamTiles, and you will be able to describe the issue with details about what you were doing when it happened. This helps us reproduce and fix problems faster than a general email.

Content Removal
If you are a content creator and believe your work is being displayed on JamTiles in a way that violates your rights, please contact us at [email protected]. Include the track title, a link to the original content on its source platform, and a brief explanation of your concern. We take these requests seriously and will respond promptly.

What is JamTiles?
JamTiles is an AI music discovery platform that indexes and organizes thousands of AI-generated music tracks from platforms like SoundCloud. We do not host any audio or images ourselves. Instead, we provide a visual, genre-organized interface for browsing and streaming AI music that is already publicly available on other platforms. Think of it as a specialized search engine and discovery tool for AI-created music.
Is JamTiles free?
Yes. Browsing, searching, and listening are completely free with no account required. Free accounts can also create one collection with up to 20 tracks. The free tier is supported by Google AdSense advertisements. If you prefer an ad-free experience with unlimited collections, you can upgrade to Premium.
How do I get Premium?
Premium is available for $4.99 per month. To subscribe, sign in to JamTiles and visit the Pricing page. Payments are securely processed by LemonSqueezy. Premium removes all ads, unlocks unlimited collections with unlimited tracks per collection, and gives you access to private collections. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal.
Can I request a track be removed?
Absolutely. If you are the creator of a track and want it removed from the JamTiles index, email us at [email protected] with the track details. We will remove it from our index promptly. Note that removing a track from JamTiles does not affect its availability on the original platform where it was published.
How do I report a bug?
The quickest way is to use our in-app Bug Report tool. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] with a description of the issue, your browser and operating system, and any screenshots or steps to reproduce the problem.
