Terms of Service

Welcome to JamTiles (jamtiles.ai), operated by Sundragon Tech. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. What JamTiles Is

JamTiles is a music discovery platform that indexes and presents AI-generated music tracks from platforms including SoundCloud, Suno AI, and Spotify. We do not create, own, host, or store any music tracks or cover art. All audio and images are streamed directly from their respective platforms.

2. User Accounts

You may create a free account using email-based magic link authentication powered by Supabase. Account creation is optional for browsing and listening, but required for collections and premium features. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address.

3. Premium Subscription

JamTiles offers a Premium tier ($4.99/month) providing ad-free listening, unlimited collections, unlimited tracks per collection, and private collections. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected].

4. Collections

Free accounts may create 1 collection with up to 20 tracks. Premium accounts have no limits. Collections may be public (visible on your profile) or private (Premium only). We reserve the right to remove collections that violate these terms.

5. What We Are Not

JamTiles is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with SoundCloud, Suno AI, Spotify, or any other platform. We do not claim ownership of any music, lyrics, artwork, or other content indexed on this site. We are a discovery layer, similar to how a search engine indexes publicly available content.

6. Intellectual Property

All music tracks, cover art, and associated metadata displayed on JamTiles are the property of their respective creators and platforms, subject to each platform's terms and licensing. JamTiles claims no rights over this content.

The JamTiles name, logo, site design, and any original code or text we produce are owned by Sundragon Tech. You may not copy or reproduce our original materials without permission.

If you are a content creator and believe your work is being displayed in a way that violates your rights, please contact us at [email protected] and we will address your concern promptly.

You may use JamTiles to discover and stream music for personal enjoyment and to build collections of your favorite tracks. You agree not to:

9. Availability

JamTiles is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or the accuracy of track metadata. Track availability depends on each platform's CDN. We may modify, pause, or shut down the service at any time without notice.

10. No Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAMTILES AND SUNDRAGON TECH MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNDRAGON TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF JAMTILES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE U.S. DOLLAR ($1.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
