Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information JamTiles (jamtiles.ai) collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.

1. Who We Are

JamTiles is operated by Sundragon Tech. We run a music discovery platform. We do not host music or images; audio and artwork stream directly from their respective platforms to your browser.

2. What We Collect

Account Data

When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication via magic link (one-time sign-in codes). Your account data (email, display name, avatar URL, bio, subscription tier) is stored in Supabase. We do not store passwords.

Collections

When you create collections and add tracks, we store your collection names, track associations, and cover art preferences in Supabase linked to your account.

Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage patterns including page views, session duration, traffic sources, and geographic region. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _gid) in your browser. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Google AdSense

Free-tier users see advertisements via Google AdSense. Google may set cookies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing history and interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

Sentry

We use Sentry for error monitoring and performance tracking. When a JavaScript error occurs, Sentry collects the error message, stack trace, browser type, OS, and device type. If you are logged in, your user ID and email are attached to error reports to help us debug issues. Sentry does not track your browsing behavior. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare

Our site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare collects anonymized traffic data including page views, visitor counts, geographic region, browser type, and device type. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Platform Requests

When you play a track or view cover art, your browser makes direct requests to the respective platform's servers (SoundCloud, Suno CDN, etc.). Your IP address and request metadata are visible to those servers. This is outside our control.

3. Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. We do not store or have access to your payment card information. LemonSqueezy handles all payment data subject to their own privacy policy and PCI compliance.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings or via Google's opt-out tools.

5. What We Do Not Do

We do not: sell your personal data to third parties; use session recording or screen capture tools; share your email with marketing partners; or use your data for any purpose other than operating JamTiles.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, collections, and associated data will be permanently removed from Supabase. Analytics data is retained per Google's and Cloudflare's standard retention policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data under GDPR, CCPA, or other laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. For data held by third parties (Google, Cloudflare, Sentry), you may need to contact them directly.

8. Children

JamTiles is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We will update this policy as new features are added. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
