JamTiles is a music discovery platform that indexes and presents AI-generated music tracks from platforms including SoundCloud, Suno AI, and Spotify. We do not create, own, host, or store any music tracks or cover art. All audio and images are streamed directly from their respective platforms.
You may create a free account using email-based magic link authentication powered by Supabase. Account creation is optional for browsing and listening, but required for collections and premium features. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address.
JamTiles offers a Premium tier ($4.99/month) providing ad-free listening, unlimited collections, unlimited tracks per collection, and private collections. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected].
Free accounts may create 1 collection with up to 20 tracks. Premium accounts have no limits. Collections may be public (visible on your profile) or private (Premium only). We reserve the right to remove collections that violate these terms.
JamTiles is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with SoundCloud, Suno AI, Spotify, or any other platform. We do not claim ownership of any music, lyrics, artwork, or other content indexed on this site. We are a discovery layer, similar to how a search engine indexes publicly available content.
All music tracks, cover art, and associated metadata displayed on JamTiles are the property of their respective creators and platforms, subject to each platform's terms and licensing. JamTiles claims no rights over this content.
The JamTiles name, logo, site design, and any original code or text we produce are owned by Sundragon Tech. You may not copy or reproduce our original materials without permission.
If you are a content creator and believe your work is being displayed in a way that violates your rights, please contact us at [email protected] and we will address your concern promptly.
You may use JamTiles to discover and stream music for personal enjoyment and to build collections of your favorite tracks. You agree not to:

JamTiles is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or the accuracy of track metadata. Track availability depends on each platform's CDN. We may modify, pause, or shut down the service at any time without notice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAMTILES AND SUNDRAGON TECH MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNDRAGON TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF JAMTILES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE U.S. DOLLAR ($1.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains what information JamTiles (jamtiles.ai) collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.
JamTiles is operated by Sundragon Tech. We run a music discovery platform. We do not host music or images; audio and artwork stream directly from their respective platforms to your browser.
Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication via magic link (one-time sign-in codes). Your account data (email, display name, avatar URL, bio, subscription tier) is stored in Supabase. We do not store passwords.
Collections: When you create collections and add tracks, we store your collection names, track associations, and cover art preferences in Supabase linked to your account.
Google Analytics (GA4): We use Google Analytics to understand site usage patterns including page views, session duration, traffic sources, and geographic region. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _gid) in your browser. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Google AdSense: Free-tier users see advertisements via Google AdSense. Google may set cookies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing history and interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
Sentry: We use Sentry for error monitoring and performance tracking. When a JavaScript error occurs, Sentry collects the error message, stack trace, browser type, OS, and device type. If you are logged in, your user ID and email are attached to error reports to help us debug issues. Sentry does not track your browsing behavior. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare: Our site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare collects anonymized traffic data including page views, visitor counts, geographic region, browser type, and device type. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Platform Requests: When you play a track or view cover art, your browser makes direct requests to the respective platform's servers (SoundCloud, Suno CDN, etc.). Your IP address and request metadata are visible to those servers. This is outside our control.
Premium subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. We do not store or have access to your payment card information. LemonSqueezy handles all payment data subject to their own privacy policy and PCI compliance.
We use the following cookies:

We do not: sell your personal data to third parties; use session recording or screen capture tools; share your email with marketing partners; or use your data for any purpose other than operating JamTiles.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, collections, and associated data will be permanently removed from Supabase. Analytics data is retained per Google's and Cloudflare's standard retention policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data under GDPR, CCPA, or other laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. For data held by third parties (Google, Cloudflare, Sentry), you may need to contact them directly.
JamTiles is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
